Such a pretty day, a warm 55° and sunny. We sat outside in the swing for a while. Spring is just around the corner! I painted my last large 6" scallop shell, lots of glitter on this one. I hope you are all having a great day!

 

Dinty Moore has nothing on me!

 I made this beef stew from scratch on the stove top, cut the beef into cubes, rolled them in herbs, chopped the veggies, cooked it all for two hours, then when I tasted it, it tasted just like Dinty Moore beef stew.....so.....I could have just opened a can...! UPDATE: Bill says it tasted lots better than Dinty Moore! Meh...

 

 

Big Mess in the Wild West

My grandson, Lucas, in his school play last night. He was the sheriff that got tied up by the bad guys... Then some family pictures with the cast of "Big Mess in the Wild West".

 

Red Hat ladies Valentine's party

Valentine's day party with my Red Hat sisters today! Oh my, what fun! Games, prizes, beautiful decorations and a photo booth! We all got candy fake lips which were hilarious as you can see by the pictures!  

 

We finally laid our brother to rest today..

We finally laid my brother, Milo, to rest today. There was a nice turn out of family, friends and fellow musicians. Many shared funny stories, heartfelt stories and song lyrics read as poems. We all love and miss you, Milo. Until we meet again...

 

Still snowed in...

Still snowed in, still painting shells...don't know what I'm doing with all of these shell magnets, but has kept me entertained. I painted another large scallop shell, can't really get a photo with the true colors or the pink glitter, but it was fun anyway...

It's blizzarding out! Me, I'm still painting seashells...I was trying to making them look like ice cream sundaes, but Bill thought they were cupcakes... either way they are refrigerator magnets!

 

Don't try this at home, I mean it! I thought it would be fun just making dots, but noooo, I'm cross eyed!
