Apple muffins

So it was all about the apples today, they are just about gone now. We spent about two hours juicing them, we got two gallons of pure apple juice, so yummy. It's all in the freezer now. Tonight I made these Apple Cinnamon muffins, after they are baked the top is dipped in melted butter and then in cinnamon sugar...NOT your Weight Watcher's muffins! I hope you all had
