New Dreamcatchers I made for Spring and Summer

Another beautiful day. I took a very long walk and then made these dreamcatchers. The red feathers and wooden beads were dyed with food coloring. Biscuits and sausage gravy for supper and later some movies..I hope you have all had a good Sunday

First hummingbird today

Just saw our first hummingbird of the season, I already had the feeders out, so he's getting a nice long drink after his journey.

End to a perfect day

The end to a perfect day. Things seemed pretty normal for our little town. People were out walking, running, mowing the lawn. Kids were riding bikes and walking their dogs...most were by themselves keeping with the social distancing rules.. Now time for some "Chicago Fire" episodes we are binging...everyone stay well and safe and have a good evening.

A beautiful Sunday afternoon outside

Sitting outside in the swing with Bill and mother-in-law, watching wood burn and that's about as exciting as it gets around here..Mother-in-law lives by us and we see her daily, so all is well the social distancing.

A little egg humor

I got nothin' of interest to tell you today............so here's an egg. "She died last Fry Day. Thank God she wasn't beaten. Dont worry, she went over easy. She's now on the sunny side. She's definitely in a better plate."

Fresh fish today...yay!

Bill went fishing with his brother, Steve yesterday...fish.. its what's for dinner...yum! Also, for those concerned...my husband and brother-in-law drove separately to a private lake, were in separate boats and practiced social distancing....plus, we had this yummy food to eat after...

Storm coming in...lookin pretty wicked out there and the wind is ferocious! Glad I was outside enjoying this beautiful day earlier before the bad weather got here.

Super Moon

What a beautiful super moon we have out there tonight, along with a lovely sunset...

Its a beautiful night, the moon is full and we have been outside looking at stars and constellations with the skyview app. On our phones. We even found the Hubble telescope, at least where it was located. Venus is very bright in the west. I hope you have all had a good day.

A couple of new projects

I had some beads, fishing line and crystals, so I made the two middle ones and the green one on the far right. Then made another dreamcatcher, took a walk, took a nap and did some reading..Bill is out in the barn building things..so we are keeping busy. I hope you all are staying well and having a good day..

A little spring pumpkin pit

Just baked a pumpkin pie at Bill's request. Since he ventured out to Walmart, I thought he deserved it..they are monitoring all customers now and are only allowing a certain number of people in the store at a time..Roast in the crock pot and I'm watching Tales from the Loop on Amazon Prime...skipped my daily walk, pretty chilly, damp and cloudy...I hope you are all having a good day.

There are at least two cases of covid-19 in Kinmundy as of this past Sunday, when the tests came back positive..they dont know where they got it. So, people, please stay home..
