Made some Creamy Cauliflower soup for lunch, mostly because I needed the room in the fridge... also trying a batch of Tepache. I love making fermented drinks! I have been making water kefir since it got hot, it's so refreshing! Water kefir is supposed to be bottled to increase the carbonation, but I really don't want to worry about bottles exploding, so I just add some sparkling water...and that's my "cooking" tip for the day.
