The book signing at Country Creek Treasures was really fun today. The
girls made the food table in an ocean them with goldfish crackers,
starfish cookies, gummy fish and ocean water punch, so pretty. I
enjoyed talking with Brian Alvis, the author of the book,
"Shipwrecked"..and visiting with my team mates and customers too. Oh,
and of course, I had my book signed.. I hope you have all had a great
day!
Welcome.....
To my world of the weird, the strange, the unexplained.........
no, I'm just kidding, this is a happy place......OK, maybe I am just a little weird.

Did some crafting today
I did some crafting for my booth at Country Creek Treasures..I made
this other foam head, I tried to make it look like a sculpture, with
layers of scrapbooking paper that looked like sheet music, also made the
little paper flower..really used lots of modge podge.. then I have a
blank spot next to my sign, so I made this gypsy dreamcather, except for
the metal hoop and scrapbooking paper, I had the rest of the stuff
here...so I really enjoyed my day and now time for some tv. Hope you
all had a good day.

Super moon Sunday
Can't really see the super moon tonight, except between the clouds, still a beautiful night out there...
Annual wine tasting at the Martin's
Once again it was a fun time at the Martin's annual wine tasting last
night! A large crowd this year, but that just made it more fun! I just
snapped a few pix. Yes, they are blurred because everyone was on the
move.. Hope you enjoy this lovely weather today, "Winter is
Coming"....(Game of Thrones fans, that is for you).

Food tasting/soup tasting/ music event at Country Creek Treasures, Salem, IL
The food tasting/ Christmas shopping/ music event was a huge
success...lots of shoppers came in and I was reacquainted with an old
friend from World Color Press who was playing the dulcimer in the
musical group playing the Appalacian music...My favorite song of the
evening (though most of it was Christmas music), was "Hallelujah"...just
beautiful......really enjoyed the evening. (Kent I was talking about Chris Ray...I forget her married name.)
