Vegetarian enchiladas
I'm not a vegetarian, but I made these vegetarian breakfast enchiladas
for supper tonight...I was surprised how good they were without any
meat, even Bill liked them, surprise, surprise! Other than that, I
finished Stephen King's "The Outsider"...I hope you all had a great day!
