Just made these keto roasted cinnamon sugared pecans....yum! My house smells like the carnival has come to town! A delicious treat on this ugly, cloudy day.

It's not a very happy one, but Happy Birthday to me
I feel so blessed today. My son, Darren and daughter-in-law. Mindy Holsapple came to visit. They brought flowers, home made gifts and Mindy made a delicious pasta dish with all the trimmings for our supper. We had a lovely visit too...Happy birthday to me!

Good Bye little brother...
My brother, Milo Knight
passed away early this afternoon at Deaconess Midtown hospital in
Evansville, IN. Bill, me, my brother, Kent, and his best buddy, Kenny,
were there with him. He had rock music playing in his room and he went
quietly. He knew we were there, even though he couldn't speak. It was
heartbreaking, but he is at peace now. He will be missed, but I take
comfort in the fact that he lived his life the way he wanted and was
friends with so many. Being a musician, wherever Milo was, there was
always a party going on. I'm sure he is being greeted by his wife Barb,
Mom, Dad and all the family members that have gone on before. It was
just time for Milo to go to Rock and Roll heaven, rock on little
brother.

Please keep our brother in your prayers...
My brother. Kent, and I went to visit him today in the ICU. He was very alert and was glad to see us. Bill could not go in as only two visitors were allowed per day. We stayed a couple of hours and talked about old times, joked with him and gave him hugs. We took a few pictures. I'm so glad we were able to spend time with him. He is being very brave...so, again, please pray that he does not have pain and for comfort and for a miracle ...that's about all we can do now. Thank you all for the many prayers, which allowed us to have a nice Christmas season with him, he was able to celebrate his birthday and he had a normal life for a short while after being diagnosed in early December..

Rag garland
Nothing to do this evening so decided to make this rag garland. How relaxing and a good way to use up scraps of fabric. I think it really brightens up my kitchen..I know, I know, you would think the bright green walls would be enough! I added some cookie cutters just for fun...I hope you all have a great night.
