A small creek by Forbes State Park, only on someone's farmland. It was going to be another hot day. So Bill and I decided to get out of the house for a while. He found this little creek when he was riding on his scooter yesterday.

The frog picture...in the right hand corner, he is just floating in the cool water there.

Day Lilies, there was a entire 30 foot area full of them.

You can see the dirt road made by some farm equipment, and then the water area, the road
goes back up a hill and into a pasture. I don't know what Bill is staring at, he looks like he is having deep thoughts...lol.

There were some large tadpoles here, but they swam away when they saw my big giant head.

It was really tempting to wade in there, but couldn't see under the rocks, so didn't want to meet up with a snake or anything.

It was just a beautiful little area, pretty cool too.

New bridge at Forbes State Park, so much better that the bumpy, rickety old one.
