Halloween camping at Carlyle Lake.

We took our motorhome out for it's maiden camp last night! What a great time we had! We had lots of visitors too. Pelicans were trolling the water for fish day and night, and a large number of little black ducks were eating moss from the rocks on the shore. The best part though was that the entire camp ground was decorated for Halloween. Nearly every camper had their own display, one even had an outside "haunted path", geared more toward the little ones. You could stand anywhere in the park and see glowing decorations, it looked like the carnival was in town! We took a late night walk, and one gentleman was playing the guitar and singing "Wabash Canon ball", he was very good. We love our new motor home, very comfortable and warm. We are so glad we got it.
