One more thing...

One more thing...I made this bread today, it is the easiest and most tasty homemade bread I have ever had...no bread machine, no kneading, no making the night before, like some artisan breads....it was done from start to finish in a little over 2 hours....it's baked in round pyrex bowls, but I think you could bake it in loaf pans, they would just not be very tall loaves..anyway...it's very good...
